Honestly, I can't think of this game policy as sustainable, as players tend to lose interest in those grouped missions. And also for older players, who aren't that crazy about the group hunt anymore, with all its hassles, this is highly disapointing. If you selected Kirian as your covenant, you'll reach this block in your progression if you really don't care about dungeon/raids as much as you did years ago, or if you're new and not interested in wasting your time with brats complaining all the time.
